The 2015 Minnesota Conservation Code for Existing Buildings contains the code to regulate conversation of existing and historic buildings in the state of Minnesota. This includes the design, alteration, repair, addition, change of occupancy and relocation of buildings.
The Conservation Code is in Minnesota Rules Chapter 1311. It refers to the 2012 International Existing Building Code (IEBC) Chapters 2 through 16.
