ICC Developing Green Building Ordinances and Programs

Building departments are being tasked with the responsibility for establishing local sustainable building programs. This text examines the options available when developing programs, including both mandatory and voluntary approaches. This text includes examples of successful programs currently in place for jurisdictions around the country. Checklists and worksheets are given to assist in program implementation.
