AIA has released new versions of their documents. The B431 has been renumbered!
B305–1993 was renumbered only in 2007; its content remains the same as in B431–1993. The document is a standardized outline used by the architect to enter information for client review before a selection is made. This document may also be used by the Owner to check on the architect’s credentials or as part of a Request for Proposal. Under some circumstances, B305–1993 may be attached to the owner-architect agreement in order to show the team that is expected to be employed on the project. Please note that in order to preserve document authenticity, Construction Book Express does not offer downloadable AIA forms. Construction Book Express will ship original paper AIA documents only.
