AIA has released new versions of their documents. The B105 (formerly the B155) has been updated!
The AIA form B105–2007 is the standard document used as an agreement between the owner of a residential or small commercial project that is modest in size and brief in duration, and the architect. This document, along with the AIA Document A105–2007, comprise the family of documents intended for use with small projects. B105–2007 has been formatted more informally than other AI documents and is extremely abbreviated. Please note that in order to preserve document authenticity, Construction Book Express does not offer downloadable AIA forms. Construction Book Express will ship original paper AIA documents only.
