AIA has released new versions of their documents. The A201 has been updated!
This updated version of the General Conditions of the Contract for Construction form is designed for use with large projects, is incorporated by reference into the owner-contractor agreement. The A201-2007 details the rights, responsibilities, and relationships of the owner, contractor, and architect.

Additionally, while not a party to the contract for construction between owner and contractor, the architect participates in the preparation of the contract documents and performs construction phase duties and responsibilities described in detail in the general conditions. Please note that in order to preserve document authenticity, Construction Book Express does not offer downloadable AIA forms.
