AIA has released new versions of their documents. The A103 (formerly the A114) has been updated!
This document is meant to be used when there is a large project, and the basis of payment to the contractor is for the cost of the work plus a fee, when the actual cost is not actually known when construction begins.
This AIA document adopts by reference, and is intended for use with, A201–2007, General Conditions of the Contract for Construction. It is not intended for use in competitive bidding.Please note that in order to preserve document authenticity, Construction Book Express does not offer downloadable AIA forms.
