Downloadable products are sold in an electronic format and will not be physically shipped. Instead, they are downloaded over the Internet from our servers to your local computer. You can purchase downloads and regular products in the same shopping cart. There are no shipping fees associated with downloadable products; however, if you purchase additional items that do not qualify for free ground shipping, you will incur shipping charges on those items only. All downloads must be paid for with a credit card, and you must have an account with us in order to purchase downloadable products. If you have an account, you will be asked to log in before completing your purchase. If you do not have an account, we will ask you to enter a password before placing your order and an account will be created for you (the email address entered on the billing address form will be used as the username for your account). Download products are not returnable and non-refundable under any circumstance.
