The newly updated 2008 Edition of WTCA Building Component Safety Information BCSI

The 2008 edition of BCSI consists of ten chapters that have been updated to include the most current information regarding the handling, installing, restraining and bracing of metal plate connected wood trusses. New to this edition are information and guidance pertaining to: diagonal bracing for web members with two rows of lateral restraint and permanent lateral restraint and diagonal bracing guidance for trusses spaced wider than 2' on center. Design responsibility information and structural building component terminology have also been updated to match the 2007 edition of ANSI/TPI 1. This version of BCSI is the standard 8.5" by 11" size, coil-bound and three-hole punched.
