AIA has released new versions of their documents. The B209 has been updated!

B209–2007 establishes duties and responsibilities of the architect for Construction Phase services only. The architect is required to perform the traditional contract administration services. Additional services are performed by another architect.

This document can be incorporated into the owner-architect agreement as the architect’s sole scope of services, or in conjunction with other scope of services documents. It can also be attached to G802™–2007 as a modification to the initial agreement.

B209–2007 was revised in 2007 to align, as applicable, with B101–2007. The document is a scope of services document only and may not be used as a stand-alone owner-architect agreement.

Please note that in order to preserve document authenticity, Construction Book Express does not offer downloadable AIA forms. Construction Book Express will ship original paper AIA documents only.
