The California Electrical Code Part 3 of Title 24, contains the electrical building standards of state adopting agencies. Part 3 incorporates and reprints the National Electrical Code, 2005. Applies to all occupancies that applied for a building permit on or after January 1, 2008, and remains in effect until the effective date of the next edition.
