This special AIA Form billing program handles all your needs for completing the G701, G702, G702Cma, G703, G722Cma, G723Cma, G810, A101 and A401, G704, G706, G706A, Affidavits, Certificates, Contract Documents and MORE! The program accurately completes both older and newer versions of original AIA Document forms. If the AIA original is not needed, this software can print out a generic version directly onto plain white paper. In addition, the software has the ability to perform internal calculations, so you'll never need to calculate anything by hand...the program does it for you!
The CAP© (Contractor's Application for Payment) feature included in the software makes completing AIA forms quick and easy, and allows you to apply payments or credits to an application. No longer will you have to return to a previous application and make changes when a client sends a different payment than what you billed them for. Just apply the payment received and print a CAP form that not only shows current payment due but also a balance due reflecting the payments received.
You'll have no need for other programs since there is no limit to the number of customers or applications you can have for a project. You can have an unlimited number of companies.
