B727™ allows the description of services to be completely left up to the parties involved, making it the most flexible of AIA document.  The document is very similar to B141™-1997, and is often used for planning, feasibility studies and other services (such as construction administration), which do not follow the complete phasing sequence of services set forth in other AIA documents. B727™ must be coordinated with the appropriate general conditions of the contract for construction 1988 if construction administration services are to be provided.
