The contractor submits this affidavit with the final request for payment, stating that all payrolls, bills for materials and equipment, and other indebtedness connected with the work for which the owner might be responsible have been paid or otherwise satisfied. G706™ requires the contractor to list any indebtedness or known claims in connection with the construction contract that have not been paid or otherwise satisfied.
