B163™ is a comprehensive, three-part document that contains a thorough list of 83 possible services that are divided among nine phases. These phases cover pre-design through supplemental services. Part One of the document deals with many of the typical variables often found in Owner-Architect agreements, such as compensation and scope of services. Part Two contains detailed descriptions of the specific services found in Part One's matrix. Part Three covers a general description of the duties and responsibilities of the parties involved.
