B352 is a document that is used by the Owner if and when the owner wants additional project representation at the construction site on a full- or part- time basis. This document may be reference by B141™-1997 and other AIA Owner-Architect agreements in order to establish the project representative's duties, responsibilities and limitations of authority. The project representative is employed and supervised by the architect. B352™ can be used with B141™-1997, B163™-1993, and A201™-1997.
