B352 is a document that is used by the Owner if and when the owner wants additional project representation at the construction site on a full- or part- time basis. This document may be reference by B141-1997 and other AIA Owner-Architect agreements in order to establish the project representative's duties, responsibilities and limitations of authority. The project representative is employed and supervised by the architect. B352 can be used with B141-1997, B163-1993, and A201-1997.
