Welding Print Reading

Welding Print Reading Offers students a combination of a text book as well as a workbook with 24 chapters designed to help students understand the various types and uses of prints found throughout the welding industry. Content covered within the book deals with reading basics, measurements and math, types of welds, welding fundamentals and symbols used within the industry. Students will learn about prints and the language of the industry, a review of fractions and decimals, the alphabet of lines, types of prints, print formatting and understanding prints. The book also covers basic plane geometry, welding processes, structural metals, dimensioning welding prints, fillet welds, groove welds and slot worlds.
