issues that affect code officials in the administration of their duties.
This DVD will assist the code official, architect or contractor in
understanding the legal concepts related to the model codes.
The distinction between local, state and federal law and the impact
that each has on the establishment and enforcement of the model codes will be addressed. The DVD focuses on the three main law concepts that the code official will encounter: Administrative, Constitutional and Property Law Liability.
