AIA has released new versions of their documents. The C401 (formerly the C141) has been updated!
C401–2007 is a standard form of agreement between the architect and the consultant, and may be used with a variety of compensation methods. C401–2007 assumes and incorporates by reference a preexisting owner-architect agreement known as the Prime Agreement. The document is often used in conjunction with B101–2007, B103–2007, B104–2007, B105-2007 and B152–2007.
C401–2007 was modified in 2007. It is now shorter and more flexible. Please note that in order to preserve document authenticity, Construction Book Express does not offer downloadable AIA forms. Construction Book Express will ship original paper AIA documents only.
