Official Rules

Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States, with venue in Rock County, Wisconsin and all claims must be resolved in the United States.

No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning.

1. Eligibility: Open to Construction Book Express customers who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Employees of Lab Safety Supply, Inc., its subsidiaries, its parent company, its advertising and promotional agencies, any government employees and any employees of companies involved in production, execution or distribution of this promotion ("Sponsor and its agents") and immediate family and household members of each are not eligible.
2. How to Enter: Simply fill out the above form with your correct information, and you will be entered into the contest. There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries must be received by Construction Book Express by 11:59:59 PM CST November 30, 2009. If entering the contest or acceptance by you of any part of the prize is a violation of your company's policies, do not enter. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
3. Entry Deadline: Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM CST November 30, 2009.
4. Prizes: One $250 Shopping Spree will be awarded. All applicable taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. Drawing: Winner will be determined in a random drawing from all eligible registrants. The random drawing will be held on or about December 6, 2009 and will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decision is final in all matters. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by e-mail, phone or certified mail.
6. General: By entering, participants also agree: (a) to be bound by the Official Rules; (b) that the decision of the Sponsor is final on all matters relating to the promotion; and (c) to release Sponsor and its agents and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage arising out of participation in this promotion or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession use and/or misuse of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to end the sweepstakes at its sole discretion.
7. Disputes: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in that State, in the County of Rock.
