This document provides a directive for changes in the Work for when an agreement on proposed changes has been unable to be reached by the Owner and the Contractor in the Contract Sum or Contract Time.
G714–2007 was developed as a directive for changes that might delay the project. Upon receipt of a completed G714–2007, the contractor must promptly proceed with the noted work changes.
