G706 is submitted by the contractor along with the final request for payment. This AIA document states that all payrolls, bills for materials and equipment, and other indebtedness connected with the work for which the owner might be responsible have been paid or otherwise satisfied. Any indebtedness or known claims in connection with the construction contract that have not been paid or otherwise satisfied must be listed by the contractor on G706™. A lien bond or indemnity bond must also sometimes be furnished to protect the owner with respect to each exception.
