C141 is a standard form of agreement between an architect and consultant, establishing their respective responsibilities and mutual rights. This document is most applicable to engineers, but may also be used by consultants in other disciplines providing services to architects. Its provisions are in accord with those of B141™-1997, B141/CMa™-1992, B151™-1997 and B163™-1993.
