B431™ is a standardized outline of information that a client may wish to review prior to selecting an architect for a particular project. It may be used as part of a request for proposals (RFP) or as a final check on the credentials of an architect. Under some circumstances, B431™ may also be attached to the Owner-Architect agreement to show, for example, the team of professionals and consultants expected to be employed on the owner's project, 1993.
