B2522007 establishes a scope of services similar to these defined in B2522007, but is a scope of services document only and may not be used as a stand-alone owner-architect agreement. It establishes the duties and responsibilities of the architect when the architect provides both architectural interior design services and design services for Furniture, Furnishings and Equipment (FF&E).
B2522007 was revised in 2007 to align, as applicable, with B1012007, and may be used in two ways:
- incorporated into the owner-architect agreement as the architect’s sole scope of services or in conjunction with other scope of services documents
- to modify an existing owner-architect agreement by attaching it to G8022007, Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement.
Please note that in order to preserve document authenticity, Construction Book Express does not offer downloadable AIA forms. Construction Book Express will ship original paper AIA documents only.
