This document replaces AIA Document B1411997 Part Two and defines the architect’s traditional scope of services for design and construction contract administration. The form can be modified by both the owner and architect in order to suit the specific needs of the project.
B2012007 may be used in two ways:
- incorporated into the owner-architect agreement as the architect’s sole scope of services or in conjunction with other scope of services documents
- attached to G8022007, Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement, to create a modification to an existing owner-architect agreement.
B2012007 is a scope of services document only. The services set forth in B2012007 parallel those set forth in AIA Document B1012007: the traditional division of services into Basic and Additional Services, with five phases of Basic Services.
Please note that in order to preserve document authenticity, Construction Book Express does not offer downloadable AIA forms. Construction Book Express will ship original paper AIA documents only.
