AIA - B105 (2007) Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect for a Residential or Small Commercial Project

The AIA form B105–2007 is the standard document used as an agreement between the owner of a residential or small commercial project that is modest in size and brief in duration, and the architect. This document, along with the AIA Document A105™–2007, comprise the family of documents intended for use with small projects. B105–2007 has been formatted more informally than other AI documents and is extremely abbreviated.
