AIA - B104-2007 Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect for a Project of Limited Scope

B104–2007, is an abbreviated version of B101™–2007, and is used for medium-sized projects. The document contains a compressed form of Basic Services with three phases: Design, Construction Documents, and Construction. B104–2007 is intended to be used in conjunction with A107™–2007, and may be used with a variety of compensation methods.
