A511/CMA is intended to be used as a guide to model provisions for A201/CMa-1992. This document, as well as A201/CMa, should only be used on projects where the construction manager also serves as an adviser to the owner (as represented by the CMa document designation). It is not to be used where the construction manager is also the constructor (CMc document-based relationships), 1993.
