Document A305 is a standard contractor's qualification statement that enables contractors to provide information about their experience and financial and organizational capacity. This document makes it easier for owners to more efficiently evaluate contractors and make comparisons amongst other contractors. The A305™ form also provides a sworn, notarized statement with appropriate attachments that further elaborate on the most important aspects of the contractor's qualifications, 1986.
