A2512007 provides general conditions for document A1512007, and sets forth the duties of the owner, architect, and vendor, in a similar fashion to A2012007 does for building construction projects. A2512007 was renumbered in 2007 and modified, as applicable, to coordinate with A2012007.
A2512007 also recognizes the commercial standards set forth in Article 2 of the UCC and uses certain standard UCC terms and definitions, as the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) governs the sale of goods and has been adopted in nearly every jurisdiction.
